Resource Translation Modeling

Four out of five platform teams had opted out of the recommendation engine for infrastructure capacity. The brief was to redesign the page explaining it. Research found operators understood the recommendation and disagreed with it, so the explanation moved to where the decision happens.

Resource Planner

Engineers submitted efficiency wins to free up capacity, and validators verified them from a spreadsheet while the engineer recorded the verdict. Designing the validator a real workflow meant also redesigning what arrived at it.

I design for the downstream consequence — the systems thinking behind the happy path.

I'm a product designer with eighteen years across internal tools, enterprise platforms, and consumer products. I'm drawn to systems with competing needs, and to the parts other people skip: the error states, the honest empty states, the person downstream of a decision. I work with Claude and Claude Code daily and ship my own production code.
